How to Watch Online Classes on Any Device

We know our Members and Participants love getting moving via our online classes. Here's a guide to maximising streaming classes on your devices:


1. Using Your Phone: The Portable Option


Your smartphone is perfect for working out on the go. For the best experience, use landscape mode to maximise your screen space.


Steps to Stream:

  • Open the app and sign in

  • Choose your class and enable auto-rotate in your settings - rotate your phone sideways and press play!

  • Use a phone stand for hands-free viewing, and connect headphones for clearer audio

  • Ensure a strong Wi-Fi connection or reliable mobile data for uninterrupted streaming



2. Streaming on an iPad or Laptop: The Bigger Screen Advantage


An iPad/ Laptop offers a more comfortable learning setup, especially for long sessions. Landscape mode is ideal to make full use of the display.


Steps to Stream:

  • Open the app or the web version of the app and sign in

  • Rotate your iPad to landscape mode, if it doesn’t rotate automatically, disable Rotation Lock in the Control Center

  • Pair your iPad with a stand and Bluetooth headphones or speakers for better comfort and sound


3. Streaming on Your TV: The Ultimate Classroom Feel


For a larger, more immersive experience, stream your classes to your TV.


Two Ways to Connect:

  1. Using an HDMI Cable

    • Connect your laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable.

    • Switch your TV’s input to the correct HDMI channel and play the class on your laptop.

  2. Using a Smart TV’s Screencast Feature

    • Connect your Smart TV and device (phone, iPad, or laptop) to the same Wi-Fi network.

    • Enable Screen Mirroring or Casting on the TV.

    • On your device, select the cast option to share your screen, then start the class.
