Three new short workouts designed for strength, mobility and joy!
We’ve got a fresh crop of classes on the Retired & Fitter app this week — and whether you love gardening or dancing (or both!), there’s something new for you to enjoy.
Here’s what’s just been added:
🌱 Fit for Gardening (10–15 mins)
Do you ever feel stiff after bending, lifting or digging in the garden? This class is here to help. You’ll build the strength and mobility needed for your favourite hobby, with exercises to:
Strengthen your legs, arms, and back
Improve balance and posture
Make bending and lifting feel easier
This class is perfect to do a couple of times a week — or as a warm-up before heading out with your trowel!
🌷 Stretch for Gardening (10–15 mins)
A gentle and effective stretch session to help release tight muscles and ease tension after gardening — or anytime. You’ll stretch your:
Hips and hamstrings
Lower back and shoulders
Hands and wrists
This class feels like a treat after a busy day in the garden!
💃 Dance Fit – May Edition (15 mins)
It’s back and it’s bursting with energy! This month’s new Dance Fit class is a fun, low-impact routine with easy-to-follow moves that’ll get your heart rate up and put a smile on your face. Perfect for:
A mid-morning boost
A fun way to do cardio without impact
Feeling like you again!
