Exciting news for our Retired & Fitter subscribers – three brand-new workout classes have just been added to the Workout Library! These aren’t part of a 5 Day Focus, but are exclusive additions for all our wonderful members who love variety in their fitness routine.


What’s New?

🔹 NEW Dance Fit – March 2025

A fresh Dance Fit routine packed with energising moves, easy-to-follow steps, and plenty of fun! If you love grooving to great music while getting a fantastic cardio workout, this class is for you.


🔹 Lift Push & Pull

Strength training is an important part of staying strong and maintaining bone health, and this session focuses on push-and-pull movements to improve functional strength. Using light weights, this class will help you feel stronger and more capable in your everyday life.


🔹 WalkFit with Weights

Walking workouts are brilliant for fitness, mobility, and endurance – and this one adds an extra challenge with weights! A low-impact, full-body session that will boost your strength, balance, and cardiovascular health, all while keeping it joint-friendly.
